Any questions?

When you’ve found the product you want to purchase, click ‘add to basket’. This saves your order in a virtual shopping basket. You can either continue shopping or head to the checkout where you’ll be prompted to add your address, phone number, preferred payment method and delivery specifications. Once your order’s been placed, we’ll send you an email confirming your order.
Please bear with us during this difficult time. We are now doing a lot more home deliveries and are trying to get to everyone as quickly as possible. National deliveries (i.e. not local) will only now be sent out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and will usually arrive the next working day. We are trying to get to local deliveries within 48 hours. Please note we do not delivery on Sundays.
Yes, just call or drop us an e-mail with your name and order number. Let us know which day you would like your delivery and also don't forget to let us know a safe place where your order can be left just in case you are out. You can also pop this in the Special Instructions . Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays.
You’ll be able to specify where we can leave your delivery in case nobody’s in. We can leave orders with neighbours, hide it in your porch, or give you a call on your mobile. Whichever’s easiest. Just drop us an e-mail with your requirements .
Our standard delivery charge is only £6.99 for Uk Delivery (minimum order of £40) . However if your delivery address is local then the minimum order is only £30 and delivery is from £1.99 to £4.99. Please see individual areas at checkout for details. Saturday morning deliveries can be arranged locally but not nationally sorry. We deliver nationwide but unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of the UK or to the following areas; Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm, Sark, Northern Ireland, Dublin and EIRE.
Our expert buyers source only prize-winning livestock from independent market shows to provide Pimlott’s famous meat. We’ve always maintained long-standing relationships with local farmers. Our beef comes from prizewinning grass-fed heifers, and is hung on the bone for a minimum of 21 days. Our lamb is Welsh-sourced from either St. Asaph or Ruthin, depending on the time of year. The rest of the produce is from the best farms in the 4 counties of Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire and Shropshire. This means that food miles are kept to a minimum in terms of the journey from farm gate to our shop. All of our meat is Red Tractor approved, guaranteeing safety, hygiene and animal welfare. Just for that extra peace of mind.
Our master butchers can prepare your order any way you like. Just click on the ‘Ask the Butcher’ button and we will be happy to help.
We spend a lot of time and effort preparing the award-winning meat at our shop, and so our job isn’t complete until your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. Our team of Master Butchers will prepare and finish your order to the highest standard. Your order is then vacuum packed and sealed in a special, re-usable polystyrene cool box. To ensure it’s kept nice and cold, we fill each box with re-usable ice packs. Your order is then carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition ready for dinner, or for you to pop straight into the freezer.
It certainly is. We vacuum-pack all of our "national' deliveries (not local ones) to ensure that when they reach you they’re as fresh as can be. This can sometimes temporarily change the colour of the meat. To get it back to looking its best, simply unpack it and leave it out in the open for around half an hour. It’ll soon be back to its normal self.
